BRONX CONDO

Nestled in between 3 sprawling parks and Yankees Stadium, this 2 bedroom apartment was gut renovated with an entirely new layout. The new design optimized seclusion and views for the bedrooms, incorporated an office space and repositioned the kitchen. The clients desired a minimal aesthetic with splashes of color, and the new furnishings (which were also part of the scope) strove to capture their aesthetic and bring their ideas to life.
