PARK AVE RESIDENCE

This sun-soaked, serene two bedroom apartment on Park Avenue, which features sweeping views over the Central Park reservoir, was in need of updating. The scope of our renovation included opening up the kitchen to create a more fluid relationship between the entertainment spaces, the addition of central air conditioning/heating, purpose-built storage and display solutions, two fully redesigned ensuite bathrooms and the addition of a new powder room.
